IPro Troubleshooting

I click “Mask” on a live view.  A note is added that the mask has been applied, but the video isn’t masked.

Go into the camera settings and refresh the camera settings and save.  This will force the Mask profile back to the camera.

Try applying the mask from the live view again.

When might this occur?

If the camera has been factory reset, then the IPro mask will be cleared from the camera’s memory.

It is recommended to refresh the camera settings in IPro after any changes (factory reset, firmware update, etc.) are made to the camera.
This applies to 4.x versions.
